Team Member Openings

All Lumiere team member roles are fully remote. We are a virtual-first team with staff across the globe, and we offer flexible work hours. Some roles may involve limited travel.

Lumiere operates globally. We currently prefer team members to be located roughly between GMT+2 to GMT+8 for optimal overlap, but we have team members in the US, Europe, and Asia. Collaboration is managed across time zones with flexible scheduling.

After submitting an application, our team will review your materials and may invite you for an initial interview. Typically, there are 3-4 interview rounds (which may include a short task or case study for some roles). The final interview is with our co-founders, Stephen and Dhruva. We strive to make the process transparent and respectful of your time.
